Westmere Care Limited provides residential care for children and young people from our home in Edgware, North West London. We work in partnership with local authorities to give every young person a settled, secure place to live and grow.
Who we are
Westmere Care Limited is a residential care provider working with local authorities across London and the surrounding region. We support children and young people aged 8 to 17, offering placements ranging from shorter-term arrangements through to longer, more settled placements, depending on each young person's care plan.
A stable, homely environment
Consistent routines, a settled staff team, and a home designed to feel calm and unhurried rather than institutional.
Individualised care planning
Every placement plan is built around the child's own needs, history and goals, and reviewed regularly with the placing authority.
Multi-agency working
Close, transparent communication with social workers, IROs, education providers and health services throughout a placement.
